Return Eligibility

All items are eligible for return, provided they are:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In their original condition
• Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Returned with any original packaging, tags, accessories, or documentation

Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

How to Start a Return

• Your name
• Your order number
• The item or items you would like to return
• The reason for the return

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt. Orro Light is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@orrolight.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work to make it right.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us at info@orrolight.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

In some cases, the fastest way to receive a different item may be to return the original item and place a new order.
